Himalayan Bio Products is the retail arm of Himalayan Bio Trade Pvt. Ltd. (HBTL), founded in 2000 and owned by a consortium of community-based forest enterprises across Nepal. Over more than two decades, these communities have gained tenure over their own forest habitat — protecting biodiversity and wildlife while building income through sustainable, small-batch harvest.
Every product is traceable back to the forest it came from, and to the people who harvested and processed it by hand.
